It appears none of the people commenting here have one and yet they’re so full of opinions and here-say 🙄. I have never known anyone who had one of those that actually used it after the first month.

Doesn't quite work as well with flat screens though. In my area it’s because the living rooms are so small, the only wall is above the fireplace which is too tall. Or people want to place the sofa to face the fireplace and the only way to also hang a TV is above it. I’ve seen so many houses like that. Women’s fault.
